Architectural Photography Licensing

My rates are based on results rather than time. I offer licensing based on your usage requirements and the total amount of final chosen photos. This is beneficial to you in several ways. It is very low risk because you only pay for the images you use and love. It gives me the freedom to focus on quality over quantity and motivates me to create images that you will love! It also gives you a good idea of your investment based on the target amount of photos.

I also offer light-painting twilight photos as an optional add-on. It would feature the exterior of your building around sunset with all the lighting from the building and would feature additional lighting to highlight certain aspects of the architecture. It is a really great, eye-catching way to present your building.

When you need to make a statement or show appreciation to your clients

Drone Photos and/or Video

3-5 Additional still shots of your listing, or 3-5 minutes of flyover video. Very useful for large or unusual properties where an aerial viewpoint is helpful to show how the property is laid out. $99

Cinematic Video Tour

Complete video tour of the home to fully exhibit the unique features of the home. 3-5 minute tour. Price is the same as photos above based on sf of the home. By purchasing video with photography, drone footage is included.

Video Slideshow

5-7 Short video clips are combined with still photos to produce a video slideshow. $85

Seller/Buyer gift DVD

This is a version of the online slide show that plays on a standard DVD player and large screen TV. $35

Twilight Shoot/Return Shoot

Twilight shots are done between sunset and approximately 40 minutes after sunset. All lights in the home must be turned on and there may be added lighting. Twilight shots give a dramatic and elegant look to the home. $125

Image editing (clutter removal)

Image editing allows cars and garbage cans to be removed from driveways and make other improvements to photos. We do not change any of the physical characteristics of the home with image editing. $60/hr.

Seller/Buyer gift prints

5×7 prints of all the photos of the home to give as a thank-you gift. $75
